No Refunds Policy
All sales of ΩZARK trading indicators by GROW RIIOT LLC are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Why No Refunds?
- Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
- Immediate access to all product features upon purchase
- Prevents abuse and protects intellectual property
- Ensures fair pricing for all customers
Before You Purchase
We encourage you to:
- Review all product descriptions and features carefully
- Check compatibility with your TradingView account
- Read our FAQ section for common questions
- Contact support at support@ozarktrading.com with any pre-purchase questions
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties with any ΩZARK indicator:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@ozarktrading.com
- We will work with you to resolve legitimate technical issues (e.g., product not functioning as described, installation errors, compatibility issues with TradingView platform)
- Support is provided for all active subscribers
- We are committed to ensuring your indicators function as described
- Note: User error, incorrect settings, or changes to third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView) are not considered technical issues eligible for refunds
Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without authorization, contact us immediately at support@ozarktrading.com and your financial institution. We will investigate and may suspend access pending verification. Verified unauthorized purchases may be eligible for refund consideration.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate termination of your access to all ΩZARK products and services. We strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues together.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith may result in permanent ban from all GROW RIIOT LLC services and may be subject to legal action to recover costs, fees, and damages.
Product Discontinuation
If we discontinue a product you have purchased, we will provide reasonable notice. You will retain access to the product for the duration of your subscription period, but no refunds will be provided for discontinued products. In the event of platform changes (e.g., TradingView modifications) that affect product functionality, we will work to provide updates where feasible, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all future platform changes.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based products:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund current billing period
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for duplicate purchases or billing errors. All such requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase (or as required by applicable law) and include proof of the error. Contact support@ozarktrading.com for assistance.
Statutory Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any mandatory cooling-off periods or refund rights that may apply in your jurisdiction. For dispute resolution procedures, please refer to our Terms of Service.
